FAQs

Where will the event be held and when?

1

Davedi Club, North Bay is the location and the event will be held on the 8th of May, 2026.

How many people per table and what is the cost?

2

Each table comfortably seats 8–10 people. Individual seats are priced at $100 per person, making the total cost $800 for a table of 8 or $1,000 for a table of 10. Individual tickets can be purchased, or a group lead may purchase multiple seats to ensure everyone sits together. If buying multiple seats, please have the group lead collect the payments from everyone in your group so the seats can be paid for together.

Any benefits if this is my second year attending?

3

A little thank-you for last year’s attendees: If you came to the first event and purchase tickets again this year, you’ll get a free drink ticket (making good on my original plan — and adding some fun back into your night )

Our Gold Sponsorship goes toward one of the 12 designer purses being won at the event. The gold sponsorship is another fun way to support local charities. There will be a max of 12 gold sponsorships.

5

The event is comprised of different games and entertainment to help fundraise for local charities. Food and drinks will be available.

How do I get in contact for donating, sponsoring, or buying tickets?

6

No physical tickets will be issued. To help us keep accurate records, please text Colleen Caruso at (705) 492-3464 with the names of all attendees for tracking and registrations and e-transfers.

The “Tickets” button on the main page may also be used to notify Colleen in regards to sponsorships or ticket purchases by filling out the form. Please include additional names in the “details” section if you are purchasing for a group.

How do I send payment?
Payments can be sent by e-transfer to colleenc@royallepage.ca. Please include a note in the e-transfer indicating what the payment is for. If you are attending as part of a group, it is preferred that a table leader collect the payments and send one combined e-transfer.
