With over 11 years as a licensed Realtor and a top-producing agent at Royal LePage Northern Life Realty, she brings extensive experience and a proven track record in buying and selling homes. Born and raised in North Bay, she offers deep local knowledge and a strong connection to the community she serves.
Her accomplishments include being ranked #2 in Total Volume on the MLS® System of the North Bay and Area REALTORS® Association in 2025 out of 170 Realtors, being voted North Bay’s #1 Real Estate Agent in both 2024 and 2025, and ranking in the Top 2% of Royal LePage agents across Canada. In her spare time, Colleen enjoys charity events and spending time with her two kids. Stella is a lively 8-year-old, and Giovanni, or Gio, just turned 6. While life is busy, she wouldn’t change a thing. She balances her full-time career with raising her children.
Colleen is passionate about real estate both personally and professionally. In 2017, she bought and renovated a foreclosure home, which she sold in 2019 to build a new home. Since then, she has also purchased two investment properties.
In summer, she plays baseball and enjoys boating and fishing with family at the cottage. Winters are for hockey and hoping to travel somewhere warm. Travelling is a favourite pastime; Colleen has travelled overseas to England, Belgium, the Netherlands, Curacao, and Cayman Islands, and has also been lucky enough to travel to many states in the US as well as several provinces in Canada.
